The Bible speaks highly of justice and order. Although we are to adhere to Yahweh's law above all, there is value in submitting to civil laws that promote peace and order, set down by the governments of this world. Take a look at examples of Israel's history where they had to submit to the laws of the land, and the Biblical support for doing that.
